FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • What makes Berxley different?
    Our production is all in house and are made to order. When an order is placed, we produce the product on the spot either same day or next day. This gurantees craftmanship and quality control as well as quick turn around time. Note our embroidered items on the other hand are not produced in house. Those items may take 3-5 days to be produced and shipped out. We hope to change that in the future as we grow.
  • How are products produced?
    We strongly believe in quality and fast turn around time. We use premium shirts and high quality plastiol heat transfers for our products for a long lasting product. Plastiol heat transfers insure that your product is done within 1-2 buiness days and shipped out immedialty, normally same day without the need to sit and dry. Note our embroidered items on the other hand are not produced in house. Those items may take 3-5 days to be produced and shipped out. We hope to change that in the future as we grow.

  • There is a problem with my order
    If you are not satisfied with your order, you are welcome to return/exchange items for a refund/replacement product within 30 days from when your order was delivered. If a product is misprinted or defective on arrival we would like to hear about it. You can contact us at berxleycompany@gmail for further support and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Note all returned/exchanged item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition. If you return an item that has been worn, washed, covered in animal or human hair, lint, etc. we will launder it and donate it to a local organization and you will not receive a refund for those item(s).
  • How long does it take for an order to be shipped?
    With majority of our products being done in house (minus embroidered items) orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. We do operate 100% independently of all shipping carriers & therefore cannot be held responsible for their actions, as a result we will not accept returns or be issuing refunds for shipping costs due to later than expected deliveries. Note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery.   • What happens if an order doesn't arrive?
    Note that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered. We provide tracking information in our shipment confirmation emails that allows you to track your package and verify delivery.   • Will my shirt shrink in the wash?
    No! All our shirts already come pre-shrunk, so no need to worry about buying a bigger size!
  • How do I get information on latest drops?
    It's quick and easy! All you have to do is sign up with an email and name. Best part is, if this is your first time you get 15% off on your next purchase!
  • How much drip does Berxley Supply Co. range from on a scale?
    We simply just break the scale on drippiness, latest style and trends are what we aim for here and we will stay on top!
